ReplyDeleteHi Mark, I got them off to an early start in my poly tunnel in deep pots. Iv'e noticed over the past 2 years though, that when they flower early not all the beans set properly until some have been picked then there's a rush of beans later.

ReplyDeleteI'm sure your runner beans will be along soon. Same here with the berries. This weekend I will be dealing with the currants, up until then I'm inundated with garden peas. 2 evenings so far this week picking them.
